We have extended the opening hours at The Roses at Eden to accommodate the high volume of visitors and allow buyers to see the site in the evening. For the rest of August the Sales and Information Centre, next to Dobbies garden centre will be open to 7pm on Thursdays.
The development, which launched in April this year, follows the success of sold out neighbouring developments, Eden at Maidencraig and the Reserve.
Attracting a high level of interest from potential buyers, a number of properties have already been sold at The Roses, with many visitors keen to check out the development’s stunning views over the Den of Maidencraig nature reserve, the city of Aberdeen and beyond to the sea.
With a range of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes and prices starting at £199,995, the development offers something for everyone, from first-time buyers or families needing space to grow to those looking to downsize.
Situated just off the A944 Aberdeen to Kingswells road, The Roses at Eden offers the convenience of city living while benefiting from the beauty of the countryside, with woodland walks on its doorstep.
Phase one of the development will feature 40 homes, ranging from high specification two-bed terrace properties to four-bed detached villas, set in landscaped surroundings to the west of Aberdeen and an easy commute from the newly opened Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route (AWPR).
Jo Skinner, sales and marketing director at Bancon Homes said: “Opening later until 7pm creates more opportunity for interested buyers to visit, especially for those who work during the day and on weekends.
“The Roses is an elevated development and the extended opening hours allow visitors to appreciate the stunning views in the evening as the sun sets. It’s a chance to see the development in a different light and really showcases the unique location.”
