We promote the effective management of Health & Safety throughout every phase of construction – and back this up with tailored safety training to ensure that all our employees remain competent and compliant. A thorough site Health & Safety induction and regular Health & Safety interventions are intended to ensure that everyone not only understands the risks, but also knows the rules they must follow to keep both themselves and their colleagues safe on site.

All employees, as well as our contractors and members of the public, are encouraged to embrace a collective responsibility for ensuring safe operations when working on or visiting any of our sites. In particular, we encourage co-operation with contractors across all aspects of construction safety to ensure that everyone involved in our work has the same expectations of what safe operations look like on a daily basis – and the actions that will be taken if anything or anyone falls below the standards we expect.
