£500 Customer Cashback To Refer A Friend

Previous Bancon Homes customers living in Oaklands and Lochside of Leys developments have been offered the opportunity to receive £500 Cashback. All they have to do is recommend a friend to one of our developments and when the friend completes the purchase of one of our homes by 30 April 2020, the previous customer and new buyer will receive £500 each. 

How To Claim your £500 cashback

1. Retain your £500 Cashback Flyer. Recommend a friend, family member or colleague to one of Bancon Homes' developments. 
2. Ensure the person you’ve recommended makes the sales staff aware of how they heard about site and that it was a friend referral when they visit one of our developments.
3. When the person you’ve recommended reserves their Bancon Home ask the Sales Consultant to note that they’ve been referred by you and quote the unique code that appears beside your address on the £500 Cashback Flyer.
4. After the property settlement, pop into any Bancon Homes Sales & Information Centre with your £500 Cashback Flyer and proof of your name and address (e.g. Driving Licence). At that point we’ll take a note of your bank details and retain your £500 Cashback Flyer.
5. After the property is settled we’ll send you and the new buyer £500. Easy!

Terms & Conditions

Cashback can only be applied if you have your £500 Cashback Flyer with you and your name and address on the flyer match your current address when presenting it at one of our Sales and Information centres. 

Only one cashback offer per household, this applies to both referrers and new customers.

Applies only to new Bancon Homes properties purchased on or before 30/04/20.

£500 Cashback Flyers must be presented for redemption before 30/06/20.

The cashback will be credited to a bank or building society account soon after settlement.

Cashback offer cannot be applied after the closing date 30/04/20.

Bancon Homes retains the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
