Planning Application Submitted For 37 Homes in Strathaven, South Lanarkshire

Luxury homebuilder, Bancon Homes has submitted a planning application to South Lanarkshire Council for an exclusive development of new homes in Strathaven.  This is the first time the company has announced plans to expand outside the North East of Scotland.

The application is for the next phase in the approved East Overton masterplan, which has so far delivered 142 homes.  In this phase, Bancon Homes will create 37 four and five bedroom luxury detached homes off Glassford Road.  These will range in style and design, with an emphasis on the use of sustainable materials and the provision of high-quality landscaping throughout.
