An Update from Managing Director, Allan Clow

I am delighted to announce that after many long months our show homes at Kinion Place, The Roses at Eden and Lochside of Leys will be open from Monday 29^th June, with our sales and information centre at Aden Meadows opening on Thursday 2^nd July. In addition, our Aspire House development will also be open for viewings from this date.

This is fantastic news not only for the talented team of people who work at Bancon Homes but for the many home buyers who we know are very interested in moving into one of our stunning new homes. 

To ensure that everyone stays safe all viewings will be strictly by appointment only.  These can be booked through our website where you can also book a phone or virtual appointment, by emailing sales@bancon.co.uk or calling our team on 01224 900 142. 

To facilitate these, we have put in place a range of safety measures which everyone visiting our show homes must comply with.  Full details of what you can expect can be found by clicking HERE. These include observing social distancing at all times.

This continues to be an unprecedented period for us all and whilst the opening of our show homes is only a small step on the road back to normality, it is a very encouraging one.  We are therefore very much looking forward to welcoming buyers to our show homes next week.
