Are they energy efficient?
Having an energy efficient home is important when you want to save on bills and reap the benefits of a warmer, cosy home. At Bancon Homes we design all our homes to include a range of energy saving features and energy efficient appliances, as well as the latest heating systems and glazing – no draughty windows here!
Can I choose my kitchen and appliances?
At Bancon, we are proud of our award winning German designed kitchens. We collaborate with the team to create the perfect kitchen, whatever your lifestyle.
The kitchens are of the highest standard, featuring soft close drawers and stylish finishes. You even get a say on colour scheme and finish, so you can choose exactly what you’re looking for to suit your own style.
The kitchens themselves are incredibly spacious, so there’s plenty of surface areas for food prep and storage to hide all the clutter.
Your kitchen comes complete with a range of Siemens appliances such as an integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer, as well as a multifunction single fan oven and induction hob, which is more energy efficient and safer for the whole family. You’ll also get a Siemens hob 4-piece induction pan set too!
What basic design features are included?
Throughout your home it’s the little things that make a difference, which is why we’ve included brushed chrome sockets and switches downstairs as well as USB points as standard, so you don’t have to find the plug each time! There’s also plenty of built-in storage for all the family, from generous closets to space for coats, linen and the vacuum cleaner.
Important safety features are of course standard, with hard wired smoke alarm and battery back-up on both the ground and upper floors.
What about the finishing touches?
Designed with modern living in mind, the bedrooms are spacious with built in wardrobes.
In the bathrooms and en-suites, you’ll get pristine white sanitary ware with contemporary taps, chrome heated towel rails and large showers. You also have a choice of premium Porcelanosa tiling so your bathrooms suit your individual taste.
What are the external finishes?
Although we all dream of gorgeous interiors, keeping external aspects well maintained can be an expensive commitment. With a Bancon Home, we include slate grey roof tiles, UPVC double glazed casement and tilt and turn windows, a robust front door with chrome ironmongery and where needed, viewers and safety chain restrictors.
We also know how important your garden is, so we provide an outside tap and a 1800mm timber screen fence and matching timber gate for security and privacy.
You can relax knowing the exterior requires minimal maintenance!
What kind of warranty can I expect?
As with any high value purchase, we all want that bit of security knowing our money has been invested properly.
At Bancon Homes, we pride ourselves in applying the same principles of exceptional design and build quality to all our homes. This is why our managing director personally visits each house before we hand it over to ensure that those values are reflected in your new home.
Your new home has been inspected by the NHBC throughout its construction to ensure it meets their guidelines. To give you extra comfort, your home comes with a 10-year warranty from the NHBC so that in the very unlikely event of any structural issue, you know you’re covered. Bancon Homes also provides a two-year warranty for your peace of mind.
