A Professional Launch At Kinion Place
We are delighted to have launched two stunning show homes recently at our Kinion Place development in Aberdeen.
The development offers 105 homes, ranging from high specification two-bed semi-detached properties to four-bed detached villas, set in landscaped surroundings.
Invited guests including solicitors, estate agents and architects recently attended a corporate open event at the show homes, following an official launch to the public. They enjoyed lunch and had the opportunity to look around the stunning properties.
The two show homes have been decorated by interior designer Karen Wootton from The Design House in Aberdeen, using a range of luxurious furnishings complimented by a series of shades, layers and depth of colour palettes in each of the spacious rooms and ideally positioned for access to the AWPR.

The first is a Rosehill style, a four-bed detached villa featuring an open-plan kitchen, dining and family room to give homeowners a bright and luxurious space to entertain. Each of the rooms has been designed with generous proportions to create a welcoming living space, with additional study and utility areas. On the first floor, the four bedrooms benefit from built-in wardrobes to maximize extra space, with an ensuite in the master bedroom as well as a family bathroom.
The other is an Argyll style home with an integrated garage, separate living room and an open plan kitchen and dining area, which opens on to the rear garden. The master bedroom has an impressive walk-in wardrobe and luxury ensuite, with an additional two spacious bedrooms upstairs.

Award-winning German designed Leicht kitchens will form the heart of the home, with premium Siemens appliances including dishwashers and fridge-freezers included as standard, as well as built-in wardrobes and spacious open plan living and dining areas.
Interior designer Karen Wootton said she wanted both show homes to create a modern yet homely environment where prospective buyers could feel welcome.
“The Rosehill has a classic contemporary style built up with different shades of teal which has a calm and collective vibe. To mix up the atmosphere in each room we’ve played around with the depth of each colour,” she said.
“The Rosehill lounge features gorgeous deep teal custom-made velvet sofas, which stand off against the moody grey walls and luxurious velvet moiré curtains, with accents of burnt orange to contrast the teal tones, giving a relaxed ambiance.
“The depth of the teal adds to the richness of the room, perfect for those cosy nights in, while the kitchen offers vivid shades of softer teal mixed with light greys to create a bright and airy look.”
The Argyll-style show home uses a softer palette with on trend pastel colours such as blush, mint and greys.
Karen added: “The combination of these softer colour tones provides a calm and restful environment, highlighted with just the perfect amount of delicate shimmering touches to give an elegant feel to this family home.
