Founded in 1975 and proudly based in Banchory, Bancon Group began as a modest estate joinery business and has grown into one of the region’s leading construction and housebuilding companies. As a major local employer, we are built on generations of skill, craftsmanship and a deep connection to the communities we serve.

In 1989, Bancon Homes was born. Guided by decades of experience, we combine contemporary design, superior craftsmanship and sustainable building practices – including our in-house expertise in timber frame construction – to create exceptional homes and thriving communities. Our mission is to innovate, uphold the highest standards and build homes that truly stand the test of time.
