The Scottish Government’s First Homes Fund is set to provide a welcome boost for first-time buyers looking to take their first step onto the property ladder.

Offering up to £10,000 towards a deposit, the scheme aims to make home ownership more accessible, particularly for those struggling to save while renting. The fund is interest free, with the contribution repaid when the property is sold, making it an attractive and flexible option for buyers.
