Our dedicated Customer Care Team is here to support you throughout your two-year warranty, ensuring your home continues to meet the highest standards. We’re proud to have earned the In-House Gold Customer Satisfaction Award for eight consecutive years, reflecting our ongoing focus on quality, service, and your peace of mind.

Our Customer Care Team is available 8.30am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 8.30am-4pm Friday.

If you have any issues to report please do so by logging them on the Home Care App.

Please note if you have a fault with an appliance supplied by us, then it must be reported directly to the appliance manufacturer as the warranty is directly with them. Further details can be found in the New Home Guide.

For all non-urgent matters, we aim to respond within 10 working days.
