What is Part Exchange?
Part Exchange allows you to trade in your existing home as part of the purchase of a new Bancon home. This simplifies the buying process, making it easier to transition to your new property.

What is LBTT?
LBTT (Land and Buildings Transaction Tax) is the tax you pay when buying property or land in Scotland. It works similarly to stamp duty in the rest of the UK but has its own thresholds and rates set by the Scottish Government.

What is LBTT Support?
At some developments and on particular plots we can help contribute towards your LBTT payments which can save you thousands of pounds.

What are Mortgage Contributions?
At some developments and on particular plots we can help contribute towards your Mortgage Deposit. Some mortgages require up to a 10% or 15% deposit and Bancon could boost your savings helping you secure a better rate and lower monthly payments.

How much is your reservation fee?
Our reservation fee is £500. This secures your preferred plot while we prepare an agreement that suits your needs. If you decide not to proceed for any reason, the reservation fee is fully refundable.

What are First Time Buyer Packs?
First Time Buyer Packs are an added-value incentive designed to help make moving into your new home easier. They typically include either a furniture voucher or a window coverings voucher for a retailer of your choice, giving you the flexibility to choose items that best suit your style and needs. We can also sometimes include additional upgrades such as flooring throughout the home and turf to the rear garden, giving first-time buyers even more value and helping your new home feel move-in ready from day one.
