Bancon Homes Shortlisted as a Finalist for Three 2021 Scottish Home Awards

Bancon Homes is delighted to announce that it has been shortlisted as a finalist for three awards in the highly regarded Scottish Home Awards 2021, the winners of which will be announced in September. 

The nominations are for its Lochside of Leys development in Banchory where it is a finalist in the House of the Year and Housing Development of the Year (Large, Private Sale) categories.  In addition to this, Bancon Homes is also a finalist for the Housebuilder of the Year (Less than 100 units).
